Kiba Ouji (new OC ^0^)

 this is my new male DBZ OC Kiba! 

story:
he is the prince of the ´Henpei jōhi Rinēju´ (reptilian lineage) its a race similar to zarbon´s (I realized that a few minutes ago xD i didnt know i feel just so dissapointed my idea of a new race wasnt that original)
He was exiled from his progenitor´s kingdom because he was too rebel. Thats why he was forced to live in a spaceship going through the universe aimlessly.
